Hello! Thanks for reaching out.

Based on your message, you’re working with the Single Factor Auth Web SDK (version 9.4.0) on a web platform. You’ve managed to connect and retrieve the private key and user info, but you’re encountering an issue when calling `authenticateUser` to get the ID token for backend verification.

To assist further, could you please share:

1. The code snippets of your Web3Auth initialization and login process?
2. The specific error message displayed in the browser console from your screenshot?
3. The verifier name, method of login, and authentication details to understand if it’s related to custom authentication.

This information will help us troubleshoot the issue more effectively. Thank you for your patience!

Hey @toandq

This issue looks to be happening because of your RPC URL. Please use a production RPC URL from a service like Infura ([https://infura.io](https://infura.io))
