I’m Dagim Jida(x: @dagimbuildsdagimbuilds) a Web3 developer, founder, and ecosystem builder based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia passionate about local onchain adoption and building the infrastructure for it.
Over the past few years, I’ve been actively involved in growing Ethiopia’s Web3 ecosystem through community building, developer education, and ecosystem initiatives. I Lead Web3 E@web3ethiopiahiopia(x: @web3ethiopia)- a community where builder and enthusiasts can learn and experiment with web3, I’ve worked on creating spaces where builders, founders, and curious newcomers can learn, connect, and contribute to the ecosystem. This has included organizing events, workshops, community discussions, and collaborating with local and global Web3 communities.
What excites me most is the bigger picture of what this technology can enable. Beyond speculation, I believe blockchain has the potential to create real economic opportunities, improve how value moves, and unlock new forms of coordination and ownership. For countries like Ethiopia, it presents an opportunity to build more open financial systems, connect local talent to global markets, and create infrastructure that allows more people to participate in the digital economy. That’s the long-term vision that motivates the work I do in the ecosystem.
Within the MetaMask community, I’d love to contribute through education, builder support, community initiatives, and local events. My name is Artem and I am based in Belarus.
As for my Web3 background, I’m a beginner developer. About six months ago, I started building a dApp called LORE ( GitHub - LOREteam/LORE · GitHub ) on Linea Sepolia. My ultimate goal is to launch a highly polished product on Linea Mainnet once market conditions improve. Over 100k test transactions have already been processed! I prefer to build thoughtfully, step-by-step, focusing on quality and robust architecture rather than rushing. Right now, I’m also really enjoying exploring the newly released MetaMask Agent Wallet and its capabilities.
In terms of how I’d like to contribute, I’d love to help out through dev support. While experimenting with agents, I came up with a UX optimization concept for managing fragmented micro-asset balances across different EVM networks. I have a specific idea on how this logic could be smoothly integrated into the extension via agentic workflows. I would love to connect with some team members to discuss whether this concept is practically feasible.
Regarding communities and interests, I genuinely believe in the broader Consensys ecosystem - from MetaMask’s foundational infrastructure to the scaling possibilities of Linea - and I am eager to bring real value to it. Outside of Web3, I love exploring complex systems in game theory and doing DIY engineering.

I’ve been active in Web3 for over 7 yrs, focusing on community building, blockchain education, ecosystem growth, partnerships, and startup development. I’m a Co-founder and Operations Lead at The Mirror Hub, where we work with founders, developers, creatives, students, and Web3 communities across Nigeria and its universities
Through The Mirror Hub, we have built and supported a growing network of 5,000+ community members, worked with and supported 10+ startups and early-stage projects, and organized 40+ meetups, workshops, bootcamps, campus activations, roadshows, and online community programs. Our programs have brought together hundreds of students, developers, creatives, founders, and Web3 enthusiasts, while our wider online campaigns have reached thousands.
I’m also the founder of Voterax, a Web3 governance and voting infrastructure project, where I work on product development, partnerships, ecosystem strategy, and adoption.
