Legacy Torus Wallet user. My wallet was originally accessed through passwordless email login, not Google OAuth. After the Torus → wallet.web3auth.io migration, passwordless login with the same email now resolves to a different wallet. I need access to my legacy Torus address: 0xc885eE10E80F4F33DFDe93792b09AadCd646261c. I never had a seed phrase. Please help determine the legacy verifier/account path for this address.

I went there followed the links, downloaded, messenger opened, messenger, blah, blah, blah, blah blah still nothing was working. I couldn’t get in touch with their support and I’m still stuck with the same problem.

This hub is focused on the MetaMask Embedded Wallets (Web3Auth) SDK, which is developer tooling for apps that embed wallets. Legacy Torus Wallet end-user account access, recovery, or login issues aren’t something we can look up or troubleshoot here, and we don’t have access to individual accounts.
Your best next step is to raise this through MetaMask’s user/account support channels rather than this developer hub. When you do, include only non-sensitive details: the login method you used (Google, email, etc.), roughly when the account was created, and the exact error text or a screenshot.
Important: never share your seed phrase, private key, or password with anyone — including anyone claiming to be support. No legitimate support agent will ever ask for them.
