We cannot access our web3aut account

Hello. Our website stopped receiving web3auth service since friday. This means our customers cannot login. It appears to be a pending nvoice payments. But we use the free service, and we have not received any email regarding payment in the last 2 years.

There is no support channel to reach web3auth. This is the only option that the dashboard shows for contact, besides scheduling a sales presentation.

We are with urgent need of solution

About your account info@fortunegoat.com, so you mean you cannot login to web3auth dashboard with this email anymore? When did it happen? What did you see on the page when you tried to login?

Thanks for contactong us. Customers weren’t sble to login their accounts with us since friday. We tried to login to our web3 account with our registered email with you guys: ingo@fortunegoat.com and it sent us to create a brand new account.

We signed up using info@fortunegoat.com since 2023. And we have not received any warning mail or message regarding this issue. In fact, since 2023, we have just recrived about 20 mails. Most of them login codes

Can you open your Web3Auth Dashboard and tell us what exactly it shows you? All the pending invoices will be shown over there for previous months. You can also make the payment for them there itself.
