I emailed them, and they replied that they cannot do anything on their end, but suggested that I contact Web3Auth for assistance.

Hi @Shakeel_Ali please contact cypher wallet our team needs them to contact them directly. There is a possibility you might have just unsubscribed to our emails causing this issue. If cypher wallet team shares your email directly with the team they can resubscribe. Please let us know

Cypher Wallet, being an active customer should have a way to contact us directly, be it this forum or some other group they might have set with us. They just need to officially talk to us about the issue you are having.
This forum is not a user support forum for MetaMask or MetaMask Embedded Wallets. It is a developer support forum. Any developer who is making a product needs to contact to us regarding their user issues. Our support team cannot help individual users.
Please tell the support people of Cypher wallet that any issue that a user faces in their app, even if it regarding MetaMask Embedded Wallets, they need to talk to us and sort, they will have to share the logs, the detailed report around this, their code so that we can debug.
You can just share this direct forum link with them if that helps.
