🛠️ Update: Changes to Web3Auth Dashboard Login Options

Hello Embedded Wallet Builders! :waving_hand:

We want to give you a quick heads-up regarding some recent updates to the authentication methods available on the Web3Auth Developer Dashboard.

To streamline our services and focus on the most widely used authentication flows, we have officially removed several social login options from dashboard.web3auth.io.

The following login methods have been removed:

  • Reddit
  • Twitch
  • LINE
  • LinkedIn
  • WeChat
  • Kakao
  • Facebook
  • Discord
  • Twitter

What you need to do:

If you previously used one of the removed platforms to access your account, you will need to reconnect with us to regain access. Please follow these steps:

1. Start the Request: Create a new thread in the Embedded Wallets support thread.

2. Provide the Details: To help us locate your account, please include:

• The login method used (e.g., Reddit, Twitch, etc.)

• Your User ID

• Your registered email address

3. Confirm Ownership: Once we’ve identified the account, you must send an email from your registered email address to hello@web3auth.io. This confirms you own the account, and we will proceed with the configuration.

Don’t remember which email you used?

Don’t sweat it. Reach out via the support thread or DM with your login method and ID. We will share the registered email ID with you, and you can then send us the verification email from that account to prove ownership.

Hello I don’t remember which email we used for accessing the Web3Auth Developer Dashboard login for the account

Hi, I am developing an app using web3auth (web3auth/modal v10.15.0), and LinkedIn is one of the login methods my app is supporting. I wans’t aware of this since Sapphire_devnet and my dashboard still support it. When is going to be discontinued? any chance will you keep support?

Hey @robertovicuna Linkedin login method on the application will work as expected. This change is just for the dashboard login method.

I cannot access my account. It was with web2 login email + OTP. UserID unkown. Email: meta@aureahub.com
